Free US shipping on every order. No minimums, no promo codes, no asterisks.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on where you are in the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way, and you can follow it door to door.
We currently ship within the United States only. Keeping our footprint small is how we keep shipping free and our delivery promises honest.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Wrong size, dog refuses to wear it, or it just wasn't what you pictured — all fine reasons.
To start a return or exchange, email hello@thepawrentco.com with your order number and a quick note about what went wrong. We'll reply within one business day with simple instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Once your return arrives, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
That's on us. Email a photo to hello@thepawrentco.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice, no return shipping required.
